Today I want to introduce you the Kick-Ass PEP talk. A short and sweet reminder of why it is ok if you are feeling low at times, it is ok if to you are having a bad day or even days, it is ok to feel weak, tired, exhausted, frustrated, anxious etc. We live in a world where negative feelings are still frowned upon. In this Pep talk I want to remind you why it is ok and how you can deal with difficult emotions. Always remember: you matter, you are worthy and you are loved!
