I’m really happy about that because more and more victims are coming to terms with their own traumatic experience and are ready to live an authentic life on their own terms. In this podcast episode I’m talking to you about what emotional abuse is, what the signs are and why sufferers have such trouble with their own authenticity. Additionally I will give you 7 steps how to deal with the abuser and how to establish healthy boundaries for yourself.
